If you're not satisfied with your Lumée set, email hello@uselumee.com within 30 days of delivery. We respond within 24 hours and find the right resolution at no return-shipping cost to you.
Defective, damaged, or wrong-stone arrivals
Send a photo to hello@uselumee.com within 14 days of delivery. We ship a free replacement — no return needed.
Other reasons within 30 days
Email us with your order number. We'll typically offer a free replacement or store credit first. If neither works for you, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. No restocking fee, no return shipping.

If listed as "final sale" on the product page, not eligible for return.
