The 90-Night Love-It Promise. Every Lumée order is backed for ninety nights, starting the day it arrives — not the day you order — so shipping time never eats into your promise.

The Fresh Face Ritual and the single bottles. Skincare is meant to be opened and used; that's the only way to know. So use it. If inside ninety nights it hasn't earned its place, email hello@uselumee.com and we'll refund it — send back whatever is left, opened or not. We can't resell it and we don't pretend otherwise.

Devices. If your trimmer stops working, or simply isn't right for you, inside ninety nights: a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no return-shipping cost to you.

Damaged or wrong item. Send a photo to hello@uselumee.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no return needed.

Before a chargeback, please email us — and if you need to cancel, email us before your order ships and we'll cancel it free. A real person reads every one, within 24 hours.
